Ingredients:

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts
2 teaspoons of mayonnaise
salt
pepper
4 slices of cheese
1/2 red pepper
4 slices of smoked bacon
2 tablespoon of mustard
1 egg
1 teaspoon of milk
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon of potato flour
1/4 cup of sesame
oil for frying




Step 1:

Crunchy Chicken Bacon Roulades recipe picture 2Cut the chicken breasts into 4 slices. Then tenderize the chicken breasts by pounding thin. Add salt and pepper, and then spread mayonnaise over them.




Step 2:

Crunchy Chicken Bacon Roulades recipe picture 3Put a slice of cheese and a slice of red pepper on each chicken breast.




Step 3:

Crunchy Chicken Bacon Roulades recipe picture 4Place the 4 slices of smoked bacon on chopping board or other surface and spread the mustard on top of them.


Step 4:

Crunchy Chicken Bacon Roulades recipe picture 5Roll up the chicken breasts gently. Then wrap the smoked bacon around the chicken breasts. To keep the bacon attached to the chicken, insert toothpicks as shown in the photo.

Sprinkle by flour.

Dip in stirred egg and milk.

Bread in breadcrumbs mixed with sesame.

Fry in very hot oil.
